Fear Not
”The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." - Franklin D. Roosevelt.
With multiple well-known local actors, a hand-constructed set, and a fast-approaching Christmas Eve service, Fear Not was by far the most ambitious project that I’ve headed-up at Calvary Church.
If the time crunch wasn’t enough pressure, I had only a few days to write the script and I relished the challenge! It’s been a while since I got to work my writing chops and collaborate this much on a film project. Working alongside Josh Reinert and Ben Wenger to craft this vision and bring it to life was a blast!
You’ll see my signature light/dark motif in full swing in this series, as each of our main characters take a trip to the void of their inner thoughts.
BTS of the shoot coming soon!
We had Josh Benedick capture some great clips and photos of our shoot as we worked on the production. If you liked the final film, check out some behind the scenes!
