Stories of Calvary Church

A mother’s love for her son. A church’s love for their people.

That’s what we set out to capture with this moving story of Kelsey Simononis and her struggle to find a church that could help her son not just fit in, but be accepted.

This was an eye-opening experience for me as I got to spend time with the Simononis family - and see how their love for one another reflects Christ’s love for us. This story also helped grow Calvary Church’s Disability Ministry by inspiring people to stand up and volunteer as “buddies” to the many kids and adults who need extra support. Calvary saw a significant rise in serving in the weeks following the premiere of this video.
